Gesto is selected for the directional energy of its veining — lines that cross the slab like brushstrokes, giving the table an innate sense of movement even at rest. Each slab is personally reviewed at the quarry face. No two pieces share the same composition.
The design arrives from a single restraint: what is the minimum a coffee table can be? Gesto's answer is a resolved horizontal plane, its thickness calibrated to feel generous without heaviness. The result reads as effortless — which means the work was entirely in the proportions.
The Gesto is offered in four marble selections, each hand-chosen for the quality and direction of its veining. The choice of stone is the design — each option yields a fundamentally different object, from the warm luminosity of Calacatta to the commanding depth of Nero Marquina.

Yes. The standard Gesto is 130 × 65 × 36 cm, but we regularly produce pieces to client-specified dimensions. Share your requirements in your inquiry and our design team will advise on feasibility and the structural implications of the stone selected.
The Gesto is offered in polished, honed, and brushed finishes. Calacatta Gold and Nero Marquina are available in all three. Verde Alpi is typically offered honed to preserve its colour depth. Travertine Roman is most characterful honed, with its natural voids left open. We can arrange sample dispatch to assist your selection.
For everyday care, wipe with a damp cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic substances such as wine, citrus, or vinegar, which can etch polished stone. We recommend sealing the surface annually with an impregnating stone sealer. Detailed care instructions are included with every piece.
Absolutely. We can dispatch hand-cut material samples to your studio or home. Include your address and preferred stones in your inquiry. We encourage clients to experience the marble firsthand — the difference between screen and stone is significant.
Yes. Every Gesto is crated, insured, and delivered by specialist stone logistics partners worldwide. White-glove installation — including placement, levelling, and final inspection — is available upon request and strongly recommended given the piece's weight.
